Returns Policy
United States & Canada Customers — Free 30-Day Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
Email help@weuxs.com with your order number to receive a prepaid return label. Send the package to:

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.
International Customers (UK, EU, Australia, Asia, Rest of World)
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the listing, please contact help@weuxs.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We handle each case individually and will offer a refund, replacement, or partial credit based on the issue. We do not currently process voluntary returns from outside the US & Canada due to international logistics costs — please review sizing carefully before ordering.
Non-Refundable Items
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or tag removal
- Final-sale items (clearly marked on product page)
- Original shipping cost (we ship free, but if a paid expedited service was selected, that fee is non-refundable)
Refund Method
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method (Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, credit card). Allow 3-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
