WEUXS offers free standard shipping to every country, with no minimum order.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • United Kingdom & European Union: 10-18 business days with full tracking
  • Australia, New Zealand & Asia-Pacific: 8-16 business days with full tracking

How We Ship
Your order ships from our primary fulfillment center, which is dedicated to ensuring premium packaging and quality control for every WEUXS piece. Select items may ship from our Los Angeles warehouse based on inventory and your shipping address — in those cases, the delivery window is shorter.

Every order ships with a trackable number, sent to your email and Shop App once dispatched. You can also track your order anytime at weuxs.com/account.

Carriers
We work with USPS, UPS, FedEx, Royal Mail, Australia Post, and trusted regional partners depending on your destination.

Customs & Duties
Most orders below USD $200 incur no customs duty. Some EU and UK orders may be subject to local VAT, which is collected by the carrier upon delivery — this is a government tax, not a WEUXS fee. Please check your local thresholds before ordering if you are unsure.

Order Issues
If your order has not arrived after the maximum delivery window, please email support@weuxs.com with your order number — we'll investigate with the carrier and resolve it within 48 hours.
