30-Day Window You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to report any issues. Claims reported outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items We are here to help! If your order arrives damaged, with a manufacturing defect, or if you received the wrong item, please contact our support team immediately at help@weuxs.com.
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include the following in your email:

A clear photo or video showing the issue.
Upon review, we will promptly send you a free replacement or issue a full refund for the defective item. You do not need to return the item to us.
Returns for Other Reasons (Sizing, Change of Mind) Because every product is made to order just for you, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for the following reasons:

To help you order with confidence, we provide detailed product descriptions and size charts on every product page. We strongly encourage you to review these carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellations or Changes If you need to change or cancel your order, you must contact us within 2 hours of placing it. After this time, your order may have already entered the production process, and we will be unable to make any changes.
Non-Refundable Items Please note that any customs duties or import taxes paid on international orders are non-refundable.
