Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Our entire checkout process is encrypted and 100% secure.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because all of our products are made to order, we have a very small window for changes. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at help@weuxs.com within 2 hours of your purchase. After that, your order may already be in production and we will be unable to make any changes.

What does "made to order" mean?
It means we create your item specifically for you only after you place your order. This allows us to offer a vast array of unique designs on many different products. It also helps reduce waste, which is better for the planet, and ensures every piece you receive is brand new and made just for you.
What are your products made of?
We are committed to quality. Our wall art is printed on archival-quality, vibrant canvas and paper, and our apparel is made from soft, durable fabrics. You can find specific material and construction details on each individual product page.
Shipping & Delivery
When will I receive my order?
Your total delivery time is a combination of Production Time + Shipping Time.
Production Time: Please allow 2-7 business days for us to create your custom item(s).

Shipping Time: This depends on where your product is shipping from. The origin is clearly marked on each product page.
Items from our USA facility (to US addresses): 4-7 business days.
Items from our China studio (to US & International addresses): 10-20 business days.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has shipped.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to follow its journey.
Where do you ship from?
To provide a wide variety of high-quality products, we partner with production facilities in both the United States and China. The specific shipping origin for each item is clearly stated on its product page, so you always know where your order is coming from.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These potential charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to help with any issues. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will happily send a free replacement or issue a full refund. As our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please review the size charts on our product pages carefully before ordering!
How do I report a problem with my order?
